For all clinical applications, you will require proof of qualification/s, a photo (passport style) and a credit/debit card to pay a £25 non-refundable three-year membership fee. You will be provided with a free enhanced DBS check, if you do not have one less than 1-year old. For non-patient facing teams, a DBS check will not be required, however an ID check will be carried out.
